Its a recipe of African Chicken stew . The food book I read is a about African American women who
used chicken as  a tool for thier economy freedom and indepedence and other kinds of roles.
So the book is mainly related to chicken ,so I chose a video to show you how in which way in africa they make chicken stew.

・What do you think of Martha Payane and what she accomplished?
I was very suprised and amazed by reading her blog! Her quality of her blog is very high and wonderful. Her accomplishment is great that it very inspiring for a lot of people around the world.
 I was suprised to see many pictures from Japan and I enjoyed seeing different kind of school lunches from all around the world.

・What are your memories of your school lunches?
 I have never expirienced school lunch since kindergarten. I have been carrying lunch that my mother made for me for a long time till now that Im so grateful about.
But I wish I had an opportunity to have experienced elementary school lunch when I was that age.:)

・What do you think of the dinning facilities at AGU and how do you think the can be improved?
I think there fine and delicious. If they had a way to add more vegetable dishes and fruits which gives us the basic nutrition for our body it will be a good thing .

Analyzing a Food Blog

Im very fine.
Its becoming very cold that we can feel that winter is just ariund the corner:)

So my food blog was "Adventures Cooking" writen by a lady called  Eva.

・Quality
    I think the quality is very high, because of the layouts and especially the photos attracts
the reader.

・Usefulness
    The blog is very useful that all the recipes are sorted very well by seasons and types which
make it easy to find what your looking for. And she even writes about traveling that is very imformative for travellers and tourists.

・Visual attractiveness
   All the photos in this blog are all amazingly beautiful and the food looks very delicious and classy
that catches tha readers eye that makes the blog very interesting.

・Accessibility of the language
  The blog is mainly in english and Eva the writer of the blog the way she talks to the reader makes the
reader feel comfortable.

・How interesting is it to you personally?
   I personally loved the blog.
 I really loved and found the pictures very amazing and it has useful information. I really enjoyed reading the blog.

The Book I Chose

I chosen a book called "Bulding Houses Out Of Chicken Legs". This book is about the author exploring material ranging from personal interviews and cookbooks to literature.

The author considers how black women arrive at degrees of self-determination and self-reliance using  certain food. Which includes chicken that has played multiple roles in the lives of African American women from the slavery era to the present.

I chose this book because I was born and raised in Africa where the  were many cuisines in Kenya that contained chicken that I love it so much since I was young till now  that gave me a sense of closeness to the title
