This blog is going to be about interesting tasty food culture. I have lived in Japan for six years. I am looking forward to know many kinds of cuisine cultures.
This was a very sophisticated video, Reika. I liked its attention to detail, such as the transition in the music when you started to introduce us to the restroom. The restaurant definitely looks elegant and the name is quite charming. At first, I was confused by the name of the restaurant as I thought it had something to do with the Japanese custom of "obon" (visiting graves in the middle of August), but I saw in your video that the meal is served on a tray, which I think is called an "o-bon," isn't it?
